First aid course (9 units)

The classic first aid course is often also called "first aid training" or "first aid course". Since April 1st, 2015 this course has 9 teaching units, whereby one teaching unit is 45 minutes. Therefore only one day with a total of 8.5 hours with a break is required instead of two days.

First aid for company first aiders (DGUV)

Every company requires a prescribed minimum number of first aiders. The larger the company, the more first aiders are needed - and the more first aiders you have in your company, the better everyone is prepared for an emergency and supports one another.

First aid refresher

The first aid refresher is a one-day refresher course to refresh first aid knowledge and train first aid knowledge. A first aid course is therefore required. In accordance with the requirements of the employers' liability insurance association, you must refresh your knowledge of first aid within two years.

Content of the course:

Finding an unconscious person, lying on your side
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and training with AED (guideline 2015)
Shock storage
Dealing with threatening bleeding, apply a pressure bandage
First aid refresher depending on the group of participants and practical role plays.

Emergency training in the doctor's office

An acute emergency with a vital threat places high demands on all members of the team in the medical practice. The daily routine often leaves little scope for appropriate training, emergency training and exercises.

That is why we train with your practice team as closely as possible to the actual conditions in your practice.

First aid on the child

In an emergency with children, it is usually your own parents or grandparents who are first on site. And there is nothing worse than being helpless in a situation like this. That is why we have a first aid for children especially for parents, grandparents and those interested in dealing with children and infants.

AED defibrillator training

Every year over 100,000 people in Germany die of so-called sudden cardiac death. A quick reaction and defibrillation is the only chance to save the affected person's life.
In our defibrillator training course, the participants receive intensive training in the correct use of an AED. After training, the user is able to end ventricular fibrillation with the help of a defibrillator.
